CANCELLATION POLICY

⁣✨𝟐𝟒-𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲: Please remember that a 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝟐𝟒-𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations must be made during normal business hours which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Any cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of 𝟓𝟎% 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞. ⁣ ✨ 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: To book any appointment, a $𝟏𝟎 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭 will be required at the time of booking. ⁣ •This deposit 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐠𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 at the time of your appointment. •In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, your 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 deposit will be applied first, followed by a 50% charge of the remaining service balance. ⁣ (Of course, I completely understand that true emergencies happen, and I will always be understanding in those rare situations!) ⁣ Thank you for understanding and respecting the time we’ve set aside for one another. 🤍
